Our first 100% Chardonnay is ripe and rich on the nose with lovely toasty notes on the nose. . It was fermented in old oak barrels with natural yeasts from the grapes. This wine was made with Tommy Grimshaw of Langham estate. As it is unfiltered and unfined, it has thrown a natural sediment.
