Our first 100% Chardonnay is ripe and rich on the palate with lovely toasty and tropical fruit notes on the nose. It was fermented in old oak barrels with natural yeasts from the grapes. This wine was made with Tommy Grimshaw of Langham estate. As it is unfiltered and unfined, it has a light natural sediment. It is delicious now but we think it is only just starting to open up and it will be  even better in a year or two.
