Our first Red Pinot Noir has been years in the making. Even before planting the vineyard in 2008 we knew that the Dijon clone vines we had ordered and the geology were ideal for Pinot Noir. We weren’t sure if we would ever have the climate to produce it and in 2025 it happened. As always we used our native yeasts. No fining or filtration. A third was fermented in old oak. The wine has a classic Pinot Noir Spiced Cherry nose with hints of Black Pepper. It is still very young but already luxuriously delicious. There were only 800 bottles produced and we expect it to sell out quickly. Avaiable now for pre-order. Delivery will be in early December.
