A blend of the reserve wines from our first three vintages 2010,11 and 12. This wine was made with no added sulphur or dosage (sugar). It is now mature very rich and full flavoured. It has quite pronounced oloroso sherry notes. Decanter Magazine scored this 95 out of 100 calling it a complex edgy glass of fizz.
